The host was very courteous and the service excellent.

The building is spacious, the kitchen well equipped with a filtered water tap, and the premises feel secure and safe during the day. It’s a very peaceful spot. Only one of the three showers in the women's bathrooms worked correctly, but that was fine since we weren’t crowded. The bed linen looked dirty on arrival, so we asked for fresh sheets—no problem.

Everything was great, Jason (host) treated us excellently; I’d return whenever I’m in Quito. The place does shift a bit when cars pass, but it’s not bothersome—I liked everything.
