The personal care by the Prunner family was truly a highlight; we were welcomed so warmly and the stay was made as comfortable as possible. The suite’s comfort was excellent, everything was very well thought out, modern, very spacious, just a place to relax. Nothing negative to mention.

Very friendly and warm hosts, you feel welcome immediately. The high‑quality equipment, consistent and thoughtful concept, great view, nice pool – it’s exactly as shown in the pictures. Simply great. The breakfast was the best we’ve had so far, and we travel a lot. The revolving balcony has a superb view. Family‑like atmosphere. We’re thrilled 👌 No complaints. The only gripe is that the bedroom has no separate air‑conditioner.

The Prunner Luxury Suites are simply wonderful. The hotel is family‑run, has only 7 rooms, and you feel at home right away. From the moment we arrived, we were personally greeted by the hotel owner. On the first evening there was even a Pinsa dinner in the small garden, with a beautiful panoramic view over Merano and the mountains. The rooms are nice and spaciously designed, giving plenty of room to spread out. The bathrooms are amazing – you’re not used to that in “normal” hotels. The infinity pool on the roof is incredible, what a view, wow! If you want to vacation in Schenna or Merano and not stay in a big hotel bunker but in a family‑friendly, warm hotel that feels like home, this is perfect. I can only recommend it warmly. Absolutely nothing to criticize – it was a wonderful experience overall.
