The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient, and the room was clean, but there was no hot water for the shower.

The spot was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the wifi never worked—sometimes you could connect, yet the speed was so slow you couldn't use it at all. The towels were old, worn, frayed, and tattered, and the room flooded from the drain, with dirty water leaking in; the staff moved me to another room.

The location is good. The shower was broken, with only a few holes letting water out. It needs to be replaced urgently. It was terrible to take a shower. I couldn’t wash my hair because of the lack of water.
