“Rien ne va 😅”
There's not much to say—just the location is borderline! Where do I start? Booking lists it as an “Apartment,” and given the price, which wasn’t among the cheapest in the city, you might expect a decent place. It turned out to be an apartment for about ten people. The “mattress” was thinner than a blanket. I couldn’t find where to turn off the lights, so I had to cover my eyes with a band all night! The temperature control was the same issue. I found two papers similar to the one given at check‑in around my bed, making me doubt the cleaning. There’s no real wall between the dormitories, and you actually have to walk through the men’s dorm to reach the women’s. No staff were available if you had questions or wanted to leave your luggage. In short, everything was wrong on every level. I booked here because I had a last‑minute stay in Kōchi, but I won’t go back!
