The staff were really friendly, especially Katie who was helpful and welcoming, and Russell whom we saw on Sunday morning. The pub was warm and welcoming, very much like the staff, and the place was dog‑friendly too. Nothing to add.

The rooms were lovely and comfortable, with everything you need: hairdryer, iron, ironing board, tea, coffee, milk, and extras at reception; the beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly. The attached pub was great for food and drink. All good, nothing to note.

Very close to motorway which we needed to continue our journey. Quiet and friendly with a lovely park nearby to walk our dog. All a bit tired.needs a lick of paint .Great apart from that

The location near the motorway was great, the staff were friendly, the room was large, the bed comfortable, and the decor nice. The hotel rooms were in a separate building next to the pub, and we enjoyed a lovely meal there in the evening; the pub had a great atmosphere. The only downside was the limited breakfast options – no cereal, fruit or yoghurt, only toast, pancakes or cooked breakfast.
