The location was fantastic, yet the price was quite steep.

I liked the central location and the great breakfast, but the room felt very Spartan.

The breakfast was excellent; we were invited to the Georgi Schloss for breakfast because the church inn was closed. As a cyclist, moving to the location with all my gear was initially uncomfortable, but the beautiful setting and outstanding breakfast made up for it.

We had a fantastic stay at the Kirchenwirt; the hotel is cozy and traditional, well kept, and the location is very convenient, a 5‑minute walk from the Ehrenhausen train station. The room we received was comfortable with a lovely view of the town’s church, and the breakfast featured local ingredients, homemade spreads and jams, plus a variety of cold and warm options. The staff were kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything needed for our event and to look nice. Overall, we look forward to returning to enjoy this lovely town and stay at the Kirchenwirt again. We could not figure out how the AC worked, but the heatwave had passed and opening the window at night cooled the room to a pleasant temperature.

Great breakfast at a great location was the highlight of the stay, but the rooms were nice yet infested with ants. The self‑check‑in process worked, yet there was no staff present at the hotel.
