The terrace offered beautiful views, and the décor in the bar, common areas, and rooms was lovely and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I ordered a pizza and it was delicious. As a solo female traveler, I appreciated that the doors opened with a real key. The bed left body impressions and the pillows were flat, making it a bit uncomfortable. I liked that the keys were physical rather than cards, but the large room‑number tags made me feel a little uneasy. It was disappointing that the Elemis brand didn’t appear in the bathroom products. For a 4‑star hotel, I expected a bottle of water in the room, but there was none.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Nothing to complain about.
