Everything was perfect: the welcome, the pool, and the staff were all very kind. The access was a bit difficult.

The room was comfortable and the place had a nice pool. However, the reception made it clear that the venue isn’t family‑friendly but rather suited to young party‑goers looking to meet people. Unfortunately, we found two cockroaches in our room, and the cleanliness of the common areas could use improvement.

Even though I didn’t stay there for some reasons, the staff were extremely helpful, professional, and always smiling. The view of the pool was nice.
