It was a nice experience, and the hotel and staff were very good.

The room was actually quite spacious, and the in-room amenities were a nice touch. But that's where the positives end. The TV cable wasn't working, the staff were unfriendly, and the menu was way overpriced. And to top it off, the food was pretty bad too.

The location of this place is actually pretty good, being close to the market. But that's where the positives end. It was winter, and the geyser wasn't working, which was a major issue. Even when I asked for hot water, they didn't provide it. And to top it off, the breakfast was overpriced - 250 rupees for a basic spread that included bread, sandwiches, and some other stuff. Definitely not worth it.

Unfortunately, this place didn't impress me at all. The only good thing I can say is that the staff were nice, but that's about it.
