The location and the amenities were fine, but the air conditioning didn’t perform well; we set the fan speed to high and it stayed pretty low.

We stay at this location all the time when I come to Phoenix; the staff is amazing and everything was great.

Staying here meant I didn’t have to sleep on the street or in a car, and the counter staff were mostly helpful and friendly, though the bathrooms had a strong sewer smell, the shower and toilet were too cramped to use comfortably, the carpet was stained and dirty, and breakfast was awful with dirty tables, dirty dishes, and nothing that was properly cooked or edible.
