The location was quiet, the staff helpful, and the price‑performance ratio was excellent. As a Turkish guest, I was satisfied; the owners were genuinely pleasant people. Getting around is easy, the farthest point is a 20‑minute walk, and the room is considered close. I recommend it, and the online info was also good.

A very pleasant stay. The owners were extremely welcoming and kind, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The hotel was lovely, with a great location. Overall, a wonderful experience! All perfect.

The owners are fantastic, friendly, welcoming, making you feel at home, with an optimal location, free parking, and the ability to cook in the room. If we return to Albania, we’ll definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended. Compliments to Ari and his wife.

Ari, the owner and host of Arsenal, was absolutely amazing—warm, welcoming, and generous. He handed us plenty of local tips and was the epitome of Albanian hospitality. Everything else was perfect, no complaints at all.
