We arrived around 16:00 and had to wait until 18:30, then had to wait again for the second set of keys that had been forgotten; it was a shame to lose an afternoon outside in the heat with young children, even though it was stated that arrivals were between 15:00 and 19:00; thank you for lending us the grill. The cleaning was very good, yet you criticized the outer edge of the windows, even though we stayed 24 hours and I don’t think that was our responsibility. This isn’t our first booking, but it’s the first time we’ve had to wait for someone to prepare the apartment for the next guests. Still, thank you for your smile.
