The staff and management couldn't clear the room's privacy issues, and they were running the hotel. They didn't know the online prices, so we had to leave the room immediately.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel, despite booking a room for two days. The issues started from the moment I checked in, with a dirty room, insects, and a foul smell emanating from the bathroom. The TV wasn't working, and despite multiple requests, it wasn't fixed. The staff seemed uncooperative, telling me to recharge the TV myself, which I found unacceptable. I spent hours trying to get my complaints addressed, but no one took me seriously.
