Nothing really a bit of disaster. Lost caravan key, was told it was at bowling alley. Tried to get back on site but was refused entry and security had no way of getting me back into caravan. We had to park on main road and sleep in car. Scary for the 3 young children. Was let into unit at 7am by cleaner. Way we were treated. My father was a general manager for 30 years at haven holidays. His last position was at West Bay holiday park, West Bay, Dorset. Where he ha a 6 year old girl kidnapped by a naked male carrying her under his harm. They found her 3 days later in a holiday home, raped 26 times. He tried to deal with it professionally but you can imagine what was going on in his mind. Wasn't surprised when nobody rung him back. We are now in process of onbudsman and 2 solicitors from his company
