A very lovely and supportive host. The house and room are clean and stylish. The location is good with cafés and stores around, and about ±5 minutes to reach the seaside. Absolutely recommend!

We were a large group of 4 adults and 3 children. Very convenient accommodation, everything was provided for our stay. The bathrooms were splendid! The area was very cozy with swings, hammocks, and even a barbecue zone. A special thanks to host Benjamin, who welcomed us so warmly! We will definitely come back. The only complaints were about the weather and a non‑working water park. The guesthouse itself is simply wonderful.

We spent almost a week at Anaklia, and it mattered to us that the room felt cozy and convenient. This guesthouse‑hotel delivered exactly that – close to the sea, quiet, snug, and pretty! The friendly host did everything to keep us comfortable. The room had everything we needed, the bathroom wasn’t cramped, and the renovation was excellent. The kitchenette featured a large fridge, microwave, sink, table, and dishes right on the floor. If a stove was required, we could go up or down a floor, which we did a couple of times, but the microwave was usually enough. One kitchenette served four rooms, yet we never experienced any inconvenience from that. At the last minute, my daughter joined us, and there were no extra charges for her stay. We brought a small camping mat, but we didn’t need it – the host supplied a larger one and linens. The car was parked right in front of the gate, the snow boots were kept on top of the car, and the bicycles were stored under the roof near the house. Overall, the vacation and the hotel left the most positive impressions! If you care about the beach, the entrance to the sea is by stepping on stones – better have coral flip‑flops. Evenings on the promenade were lively, with constant concerts. After returning home, I found online recordings of the band Ursa, which we heard there for the first time – they were great! We remember Anaklia fondly.

The stay was great, and I’d come back. The host was responsive and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, and there was a big refrigerator for guests and a spot to cook meals. The only downside was the shared balconies; if your neighbor smokes on theirs, the smoke drifts into your room.
