The reception and the manager’s availability were positive. There was grass in my sheets, I got ruined by the neighbour because I was supposedly parked in their spot. No toilet in the room. The space was extremely noisy, street noise and neighbours made a lot of noise around 3 am. My expectations for the price (53 €) and a last‑minute booking were very low; I just wanted a warm place to sleep and rest before my next day’s race. I had originally planned to camp. In hindsight, I should have done better.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and had a bathtub – nothing else to mention.

The proximity to our destination is a plus. The lack of a private bathroom and the single bed are uncomfortable.

The place is quiet, the air conditioning is very appreciated, the room is clean and well decorated, and the shower is set correctly so water isn’t wasted. There’s no on‑site dining, and it’s hard to reach the owner because there’s no staff at check‑in and the voicemail is confusing.
