The environment was good and everthing. The bad smell from the bed and the pillows ,improve on that please

I felt safe, the spot was spot-on, and the staff were friendly. The WiFi stayed down for the first 24 hours and I spotted a few bugs near the bed.

The hotel’s surroundings were great, and the location was very good. The owner wanted me to cancel the booking and pay in cash even though I’d already paid online; they never gave me an address or any organized instructions before I arrived. I had to call to get the Wi‑Fi password and other details, which was unprofessional.
