The facilities were excellent, staff was helpful, everything was as promised. Excellent stay option for anyone that's looking for an option in this locality

“Don't stay here”

No insects in the room. I’m writing this review to hopefully help another traveler. This place is the pits! There is no way that this has been given 4 stars by independent reviews. Upon reaching we were told that there were no rooms available. Therefore they would provide us with alternate accommodation in a building about 7 mins walk away. This place is hard to find because the name is not on Google maps, so we went round and round the roads so many times. There is no name board on the accommodation so it comes across as being pretty dodgy. OYO has very low standards

I don't like even nothing this dirty Hotel. Dear Customer Support, I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent stay at Super Townhouse Hotel All In One Near City Centre Salt Lake, Kolkata. Guest Name: Nazer Babu Elaven Paramban Booking ID: 5124621300 Check-in: Friday, October 2, 2026 Check-out: Monday, October 5, 2026 Unfortunately, the hotel was in very poor and unhygienic condition. The room was extremely dirty, there was a bad smell, and the bedsheets and pillow covers appeared to be reused and not properly cleaned. I booked the hotel for three nights and paid the full amount in advance. However, because of the unacceptable conditions, I could stay only one night and had to leave the hotel and find another hotel in New Town, Kolkata, which was actually available at a better price. I am very disappointed that recommended and provided this type of hotel. I request you to investigate this property and take appropriate action so that other customers do not face the same experience. Since I was unable to stay for the remaining two nights due to the hotel's poor hygiene and condition, I also request a refund for the unused nights. “Kolkatas Worst ever experience in my entire tour stay..”

Nothing. Not at all professional… staffs on front desk were very rude and clumsy… very dirty and unhygienic. No welcoming nature at all. No table to keep foods. When we asked where we should keep the food and eat they just casually said to just keep on bed and eat… i had my first ever bad experience in hotel lines
