I had a very pleasant stay at Hilton, especially impressed by the warm welcome and hospitality from the team right from check‑in; Salina was extremely courteous, professional, and welcoming, her friendly attitude and attention to detail made a great first impression, and her colleagues provided excellent service that made my stay comfortable and memorable; I appreciated the overall hospitality, cleanliness, professionalism of the staff, and the effort the team puts into ensuring guests feel welcomed and well taken care of, as these small touches really make a difference and reflect the standards one expects from Hilton; that said, there was one area where I felt the experience could have been better—while I was happy with most aspects of my stay, the bar experience and cocktails did not quite meet my expectations, and I felt there was room for improvement in the quality and overall execution of the cocktails; overall, it was a positive and enjoyable stay, and I would like to thank Salina and the entire team for making me feel welcome, and with some improvement in the bar and cocktail experience the stay could be even better.
