The four‑star resort is solid, with the biggest advantage being its front‑line location and a tunnel right in front of the hotel entrance that leads under the road straight to the beach; the tiny strip of land around the property has two pools on either side of the building and essentially forms a fence with the street, which I don’t see as a drawback because it avoids long walks through “green hotel zones”. The rooms were clean, the air‑conditioners worked, and everything you need was provided; bathrooms were tidy with full‑size tubs, and safes were available for a fee. Wi‑Fi reached everywhere, including the rooms, and housekeeping came daily. The all‑inclusive system left nothing to complain about—the buffet offered a wide selection of dishes, fruits and desserts, meat was grilled right in front of us with no queues, and drinks were delivered by waiters without us having to ask. There were separate areas for non‑smokers and smokers, plus an indoor lounge with strong air‑conditioning. The hotel bar served all local drinks and cocktails based on them at decent quality, while imported drinks required an extra charge; beach drinks were free but only basic. In short, I liked everything. The only downside was the price: with hyper‑inflation in Turkey, a double room can easily run around $120 ± per night, which is something to consider before booking.
Customer service was great.
“A Pleasant Stay”
This hotel has a great location, with a beautiful beach right across the road. The staff were friendly, especially the bartender and the security guard. The breakfast was varied and tasty, but the clientele was mostly older folks. I would have changed the music by the pool and offered a decent dinner to late-arriving guests, rather than the cold, unappetizing leftovers. They also need to sort out the lunch boxes.
The staff were warm and very helpful, and the food was good.
“A Mixed Experience”
We stayed here for a couple of days, as the location was convenient for our needs. The view from our 4th-floor room was stunning, with the sea right across the road. However, be prepared for the sound of the nearby mosque, especially if you have a sea view. We didn't venture out much, but the hotel's clientele was mostly German. The breakfasts were a bit sparse, but we managed to find something to eat.
