The exit was convenient, yet they forgot to set up the third bed in the triple room and left the supplies to “redo” on the floor right in front of the door. The room was filthy and the window wouldn’t open. It was chilly and the air‑conditioner was old and blew dust everywhere.

“Ive paid a lot for nice rooms at hotels this hotel is barely worth 100 a night!”

We didn’t have a smooth experience: the POS system was down, so the front‑desk clerk sent me to call the booking agent, and I sat in the lobby for almost three hours. Then, an hour and a half later, a new clerk arrived and the problem was instantly solved, which shows the staff should be better trained if they’re charging 430 a night. I don’t think they’ve replaced the toilets since the hotel opened; the floors were dirty, the ceilings looked black, and the beds made you roll toward the middle.

Checking in was a breeze and the rate was reasonable, though the décor felt a bit dated.
