The breakfast was tasty, offering a fairly complete range of dishes, and the lobby lounge’s service and atmosphere were good. When checking out, the lady in the red dress was very professional and pleasant. However, there was no parking spot for check‑in, and I had to wait a few minutes downstairs because the underground garage was under maintenance; I was told I could park on the surface but later the underground became available again, which felt confusing. The front desk had no booking record, so I waited ten minutes while exhausted. After checking in, I was called to pay on site, which was unnecessary because the booking was already linked to my credit card; this lack of trust was disappointing. The executive lounge was of poor quality, far below the lobby lounge, and seemed perfunctory—this was the worst part of my stay. There were few breakfast staff, making it hard to get their attention. The lady in the red dress at check‑in was cold and unprofessional, a stark contrast to the one at check‑out.
