The location was good. We didn’t have cable, the internet was very unstable, and the kids got upset when we were in the room; the air conditioning didn’t cool well and it leaked water. In reality, the facilities are very good, the rooms are excellent, just the details I mentioned earlier.

Everything was great: the room, the pool, the location, the staff—super good! The only issue was the power outage during the storm, but that’s beyond the hotel’s control; overall, everything was very good.

The pool was excellent, the rooms were spacious with two balconies, the beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly. However, the air‑conditioning leaked throughout the entire night.

The room was clean with AC and a comfortable bed. The front‑desk staff didn’t tell me that a separate gate code was needed for the night‑time lock; they just gave me a key and pointed me to my room. Later that evening after dinner I was locked out, nobody answered the phone or let me in until 7 am. I was really disappointed, especially since they didn’t reply to my messages for over a day afterward and offered nothing for the trouble. A friend let me stay the night, otherwise I’d have been on the sidewalk all night.
