The staff were very friendly and helpful, the value for money was excellent, the bed was comfortable, the place was quiet, and everything fit well. No issues to mention.

The views of the lake were stunning, and the location was just a short walk from the centre. However, the room was a bit of a letdown - it was clean, but the toilet paper was in short supply, and there was no staff on hand to help with anything. Still, the views made up for it.

I got a great deal on a private room, which was basically just a step up from a hostel. The location was perfect for getting started on tours and whatnot. The staff weren't the friendliest, though - I got accused of taking a towel when I left. The room itself was a bit run down, but it was private and secure, so I didn't mind too much.

The view from my room was amazing, but unfortunately, Cat Ba is just a really noisy place. I'm not sure if it's the traffic or the people, but it's hard to get a good night's sleep.

This place is right in the centre of things, which is a big plus. They even had a mini fridge and hair dryer in the room, which was a nice touch.
