Everything about our stay was wonderful; the kindest and loveliest people work here, and whenever I think back to our time at the hotel, my heart genuinely fills with warmth. The level of hospitality and customer service was exceptional from beginning to end. We loved the food, the atmosphere, our beautiful room, and especially all the little details and personal attention that made us feel so well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team for making our time here so special. We left with the happiest memories and would come back in a heartbeat. ❤️

Breakfast and the restaurant were very good, the hotel size is very pleasant, and the parking is secure.

Breakfasts were excellent and dinners very good; the décor is original, and the hotel is well‑located in Swakopmund, which made city visits easy. The room was large, faced the street and was not well sound‑proofed. In June the bathroom was very humid.
