“Anohter hidden”
The hotel itself is nice overall, but parking is awful: the online booking didn’t warn that there would be a charge, and I was hit with a $50 fine plus a $15 fee for parking in the back row, even though signage suggested the fee applied only to the front row. No staff mentioned the charge at check‑in, and the parking is handled through a third‑party app that I had to download. After calling to dispute, I was told I had to pay anyway. Since I’ve stayed here before, this new fee means I won’t return.
