The location was great and the room was clean and well maintained. The dryer was broken, and the washer door was closed when it should have been open, which caused a smell.

The towels were good, though a few had hair left on them, and the style was nice. Breakfast was basic but acceptable, and the staff were friendly. The gym had a decent range of equipment, and the location was near the sights. The room had handicap features and coffee was available 24/7. However, the bed was hard, the blanket was scratchy, and the room wasn’t cleaned properly—hair was everywhere. Internet speed was low, the TV only offered cable and the guide button on the remote didn’t work. There were no views. I downloaded the Applebees app for a promotion, but it didn’t show up and was a waste of time.

Rose was really sweet and helped us find a restaurant. The handicap room was hard to navigate: the side of the bed was too close to the wall, so the walker had to be parked at the end of the bed and I had to help get onto it.

The location was convenient for shopping and restaurants, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. We were woken up by a squealing refrigerator at night; we told the staff the next morning, and they offered to move us, but we stayed. Since they couldn’t fix it, they pulled the fridge out of the cabinet so it could be unplugged for the rest of our stay.
