No breakfast was offered, but we paid for it ourselves and it turned out decent. The air‑conditioner was broken, making the room stuffy; we had to wait for a technician and still couldn’t get it working. We were moved to a new room only after we complained about sleeping without AC, and that was in the middle of the night.

The pool needs an upgrade. The room itself should be upgraded.

The three huge en‑suite rooms are clean and close to the beach, great for sunset views and airport access. The pool and the hallways/lifts look a bit dated.

Staff. Kind lady checked me in extremely early at no additional cost. Others were responsive to prolems, even though they couldn't solve them. Wi-fi was a joke. Cut out so frequently in my room as to be unusable. No-one could fix it. It was just about possible to make contact with my colleague on WhatsApp from the downstairs lobby to try and make meeting arrangements but even then interrupted on several occasions
