The hotel is the best in the area; they upgraded us to a free suite and took care of everything. The front desk girl, Chad, was the cutest person ever. If you’re in Saifa, only go there!

We had a wonderful stay at Horizon Hotel & Skybar. The hotel feels brand new, modern and beautifully designed, with fantastic views from both the rooms and the sky bar. Our family room was very comfortable and spacious, and the beds were excellent. Everything felt clean, fresh and thoughtfully designed. The restaurant was another highlight. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality. We genuinely enjoyed every meal there. The combination of beautiful views, a new and comfortable hotel, excellent location and a fantastic restaurant made our stay a real pleasure. We would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of dishes, the view of the mountains was stunning, and the room was tidy and organized. Wendy made sure we received the best service possible, upgraded our room, and even gave my girlfriend a gift at the end of our stay. Choo arranged a private driver at a good price who took us to all the must-see spots in SaPa. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
