The hotel sits just a short distance from the airport, but getting a shuttle was a nightmare – we had to call four times, waited an hour, and nobody showed up, only receiving apologies.
“Decent location with free airport shuttle”
The front‑desk staff were helpful and knew we were staying for a big concert, so they let us into our room as soon as it opened up. There was a free shuttle to the airport. The refrigerator in my room, however, didn't work.
“The room had dim bathroom lighting, a utility closet that required maintenance access, and a TV that”
Breakfast was good. The bathroom lighting wasn’t bright enough. The utility closet was inside the room, so maintenance had to enter to get the TVs. The TV kept freezing and was difficult to use.
“Great overall”
The staff were friendly, the facilities were clean, and the location was great. However, the rollaway bed was stained.
Everything was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was a bit hard and somewhat uncomfortable.
