The place was super clean and the area was nice. Nothing to complain about.

The room felt like home, but I am a big guy and the shower was a little small.

The space was cute and adequate, situated by a river and opposite a store/café with good food; the locals were friendly and the owners/managers were very nice. I had to drive on a crazy highway to get there, which was horrible for my acrophobia (though unrelated to the lodge itself).

The location is nice. Ice machine available. It is in walking distance to enjoy the river and walk. The scenery is beautiful. The wall A/C wasn’t working properly and blew hot air during the day. It was very uncomfortable for 2 days in the room during the hot peak hours when I was back in the room because the wall unit was blowing hot air. The shower had mold. The drain in the shower and sink had gunk in there that wasn’t cleaned properly by staff. The base of the bed had stains covered by the bed skirt. Basic cleaning was done where bed was made, trash was taken out, and towels were changed. It doesn’t seem deep cleaning is done. The room could use an upgrade
