The place is stunning, new, clean, and beautiful. We loved everything, especially the lovely staff and Roberto, who greeted us with a big hug like a long‑time friend; the girls were adorable, and I can’t remember all their names, but everyone is charming. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to my friends.

What really set this place apart were the staff; they were attentive, communicative, and responded almost instantly to our WhatsApp requests for help. They went out of their way to assist us even before we realized we needed help, proving they are truly the best. The room was stunning, clean, and spacious, with an outstanding view overlooking Sorrento and Sant'Agnello. The à‑la‑carte breakfast was excellent and simple, made with high‑quality ingredients, and we appreciated being able to choose what and how many we wanted. The jacuzzi is a must‑try while staying on the property. The only downside was having to leave.

The establishment was decorated and renovated with great taste, offering a very beautiful view both day and night. The staff took great care of us, and the jacuzzi was a nice bonus. On‑site parking was available and free. I recommend it. The breakfast could be improved; you receive a sheet upon arrival that you must fill out with your preferences. Some portions are quite small, such as the fruit. Fresh or almost fresh juice would be great—what we had seemed like powdered mix. Fresh bread would be better than the packaged toast. Also, there isn’t really a dedicated breakfast area; if you have a terrace room and it rains, breakfast ends up in the room.
