Very clean and big room, the beds are very comfortable, good location, but breakfast was very limited and not good, and the front desk staff was not enough, resulting in bad service.

The customer service was great and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, but breakfast could be a bit longer, at least until 10:30 for those who wake up a bit later.

The price was great, the area was great, and the customer service was amazing—I'll definitely stay again on my next visit to San Antonio. The juice machine was out for breakfast, but my bowl of cereal was just right to get me going.
