I had an excellent experience, everything was very good.
“Vale a pena se hospedar sem o café da manhã.”
The room was spacious, fully equipped with brand‑new utensils. The front desk and parking attendants were super attentive. There was a gym, a pool, and a rooftop Japanese restaurant (wonderful, too). I would stay again. The pillow was too low, the blankets had a storage smell that triggered an allergic reaction. Breakfast lacked variety. A friend of mine with lactose intolerance asked for a fried or scrambled egg, but they said they couldn’t, only what was already served (scrambled egg with milk). Breakfast items served: 1 plain white cake, melon, pineapple (in the past tense), banana, yogurt, cheese bread, scrambled eggs, ham, mozzarella cheese, French bread and sandwich bread.

The location was good, the suite had a nice layout. The breakfast was horrible, service was inefficient, the space was inefficient, there was little variety, few staff, dirty tables, awful. Cleaning was not good, or the people who rate well don’t know what cleaning is or the ruler went down too much. I was in line to check in for the staff to say it was only at the kiosk. They are there to stay on private WhatsApp instead of working. The place is half hotel, half residential.

The pool, gym and sauna were very enjoyable, the play area was also very pretty. The staff was very good. The breakfast area felt very confusing and messy, a lot of people pile up and it takes a long time to get to the food.

The location was excellent, with quick access to all of Alphaville Barueri, the accommodation looked very new and stylish, but the highlight was the hotel team, very attentive and willing to solve any situation. The coworking space was a plus. For business travelers or those needing to stay a week in town, it’s a good affordable option for the region’s standards. The bathroom was small compared to the room size, the bedding was very simple and the bed was small for two people, with a mattress that was not very comfortable. The worst was the room fridge making noise all night, far beyond normal.
