“Not A 5 Star Resort But for the Price It Was Ok”
The views were gorgeous and the place was quiet, plus the spa was nice and the staff were friendly. They advertised as a 5‑star hotel with a spa, so we booked because the price seemed good. The pool wasn’t included in the booking – it’s part of the spa – and that wasn’t clear when we booked. We told the reception that we’d indicated it was for our wedding registration, but they didn’t note it down. When we asked why we hadn’t mentioned it, they said they could have done something for us. We were then upgraded to a higher room category, but the upgraded room didn’t look like a 5‑star hotel room; it had stains on the curtains and the toilet sink, and the shower area had a faulty holder.
