“Good value, good location, friendly staff. Possible issue with getting a non-smoking ground floor room.”

The spot is great and the staff are friendly; parking is convenient and close to the room. The room itself is spacious, the beds are good and the A/C works well. It’s a good deal, but double‑check that you actually get a non‑smoking ground‑level room for a disabled guest if that’s what you need—there were no such rooms available when we arrived, so we ended up in a smoking room with a strong odor, not a disability room, and the shower was too slippery to use. The linens were clean, and we had to crank the A/C to high, use our own fans, and ventilate the room for an hour before it was bearable. The so‑called free breakfast was odd: you couldn’t choose what you wanted, only a few items were handed out, and the boxed cereal cost extra. Skip the “free” breakfast and grab a McDonald’s nearby instead.

“All in all I just needed a place for the night”

They let me park my pickup and boat in front of my room taking up 5 parking spots. Kind of sketchy, people (homeless) running around the property

The air conditioning was old and noisy, making it impossible to sleep; I had to pay extra to get a better unit and endure the noise.

“Good value”

Parking was right next to the room, making it easy to move stuff from the car to the room. The place was clean and quiet.
