The Dehradun branch was decent, yet the Lucknow location felt like a waste of money, and everything seemed old.
The housekeeping team was friendly and supportive, especially Mr Neeraj and Ram Lakhan.
The service, ambience, and location were all excellent, with no negatives.

The location was great, but the surroundings left something to be desired.

All the breakfast items were tasty, and being able to eat until 11:00 was a real plus. A small‑statured, bearded breakfast worker was always cheerful and very helpful. The front desk seemed a bit cold at first, but they did their job, remembered my face and handled everything smoothly. The room was clean. However, the intersection noise kept going until dawn every day, making it hard to sleep, and the staff quality varied wildly—some were fantastic while others, like the breakfast reception person, couldn’t even say hello. Also, the door latch was missing, which made me feel uneasy.
