The staff were terrible and I wouldn’t recommend this place. We booked from Islamabad, and when we got to Skardu and were heading to the hotel, the driver called them for directions. They said sorry we don’t accommodate bachelors only families are allowed in our hotel! They gave rooms to others at higher cost and refused us! This is totally unfair!

The hotel gave stunning mountain views, clean and spacious rooms, and a peaceful vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful all the time. The location was convenient and close to Benazir Chowk. I also liked the food, especially the biryani from The Kitchen restaurant, which was delicious. The Wi‑Fi could be better, and hot water was sometimes inconsistent. Other than that, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
