The staff were truly amazing, handling every issue courteously, professionally, and quickly. We stayed twice, with a two‑day break in between, and when we came back they already had our large case waiting in the room—a small detail that showed real thoughtfulness. I would have no hesitation staying again. The only drawback is the distance from central BA; at first that felt off‑putting, but Soho’s lively scene, the nearby tourist bus, and cheap taxis make it manageable.

The hotel was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff. It’s a bit far from the city, but Palermo’s good atmosphere and many bars and restaurants made that a minor issue. I would definitely return.
