The value for money was solid. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was spotless. We had a fridge and a microwave, and the room was a decent size, so it didn’t feel cramped. The walls are thin, so you can hear everything, especially if the window is open—definitely audible. If you’re staying in the suburbs of Chicago it’s fine, but downtown Chicago isn’t ideal. There’s a bus stop right outside and a 30‑minute bus ride takes you to O’Hare Train station; a $5 travel card is worth it.

The room was clean but felt empty. The bed felt flimsy and the pillows were flat.

The room was definitely clean. I only stayed a short time, just to sleep while visiting, but everything was tidy and organized. The refrigerator and microwave were nice to have. The platform bed was a bit odd but usable. The area and some of the people around seemed a bit suspicious; nothing happened, everyone was fine, but if you’re a suburbanite this feels more like a city vibe.

The location was very convenient and the price was cheap, and the help desk was accommodating. The room was noisy and the shower was weird; the manager was also very rude.
