Property clean. , Kim , Christy, Mindy was very knowledgeable at what they are doing. I was going to be a little late for my check in ; I called Kim informed me all I needed to know. These 3 women’s are rock ❤️🙏🙏🙏. Rooms cleaned ! No noise , good breakfast . And this time good and hot Decaf coffee

“Great stay!”

Check‑in was smooth and the reception staff were very friendly. The area around the building was clean with no concerns. We took the elevator to our second‑floor room. The room matched the listing. It had plenty of space for the two of us. The fully equipped kitchen with full‑size appliances was great if we were staying longer than one night. We didn’t use the sofa bed, so I can’t comment on its comfort. The king‑size bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was clean and had full‑size shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. If we’re in the area again, we’ll definitely stay again! No dislikes.

“Excellent staff, well provisioned apartment, well-cared for property”

The staff were fantastic—especially the front desk person, maybe Vilicia, who was super helpful and welcoming. The property was spotless and well managed, and the location was great; I didn't hear any neighbors or hallway traffic. On the downside, the air conditioner and fridge made a lot of noise, the kitchen lighting was quite poor, and the pillows felt a bit too large and stiff for my taste.
