Wonderful hotel, gorgeous location right under the Károly Bridge, yet a quiet setting. The furnishings are dreamy, very beautiful. Heavenly breakfast, everything that pleases the eye. The staff are endlessly kind and helpful. The only downside might be that little light enters the rooms, but it’s quiet because you don’t feel the pulse of the surroundings.
The location is simply the best in the city. Our room faced the Charles Bridge, letting us watch the comings and goings of pedestrians. The room was well equipped, breakfast was very good, and the reception was discreet yet courteous. The sound insulation wasn’t perfect, but how could it be otherwise in such an old building?

Lovely apartment, very well located. The lunch buffet was delicious and varied. Several restaurants and a grocery store are all around.
I was disappointed by the rude, bad-tempered staff who didn't help us lift our bags up to the 4th floor, especially since we were two 70‑year‑old women, but the next day a kind lady moved us to a first‑floor room and was very friendly.
