“Candlewood was comfortable stay”
The free laundry, fridge, microwave, sink, and available dishes made the setup great; I’d never had a stay like this, and being on the 1st floor was convenient with pets, so I’ll return next year. I’d like to know if there’s a discount program for future stays, especially since we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and birthday here. On the downside, I had to constantly ask for room service, the toilet kept leaking, I had to keep throwing away garbage, there was no free breakfast, some prices were way too high, and the stove didn’t work at all.
The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, but the $200 security deposit/hold was very inconvenient.

When I arrived I was told the Hotel had plumbing problems and I couldn’t stay there; they directed us to the Holiday Inn down the road and promised a discount for the inconvenience. The original charge was $180.69, but the Holiday Inn billed me $200—what a slap in the face! Now I’ll have to call the hotel tomorrow to get this adjusted. It’s just a hassle.

The place sits in a great spot and I felt very safe. The staff were top notch, and I loved the little Kitchen and the full sized refrigerator. There’s nothing negative to mention.
