The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center, but unfortunately, the noise from the compressor outside my room was a major issue. It sounded like a constant engine rumble all night, and I was a bit worried it might be a sign of a bigger problem. Despite this, the room itself was surprisingly spacious, which was a nice bonus. Overall, the hotel's strengths and weaknesses were pretty evenly matched.

The room was a great size, and I loved the plush dressing gowns and big bath. The towels were nice and fluffy too. However, I was a bit miffed to find out that the room didn't have a microwave, despite the booking site saying it did. And to make matters worse, there were no coffee cups or spoons in the room, just instant coffee powder at reception with no milk or sugar to go with it. The lack of a desk light was also a bit of a pain.
