Location good. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. I was woken up at 5 am by a call to prayer, but it’s a Muslim city so I understand. Just shame it was so loud.

The staff were warm and helpful, but the carpets could have been cleaner.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a good location. The rooms are very small, and the AC was not working on the first night. There were also many basic amenities missing, including a toothbrush, body lotion, shower gel, and even a tissue box. The towels did not seem clean. Although the staff were friendly, I believe they need more training in hospitality and attention to guest needs

The location is good and the staff are friendly. The same breakfast is always delivered to the room on request, which I didn't like because I couldn't choose what I wanted. Simit is given in very small amounts, but normal bread is more plentiful.

The breakfast arrived in the room, the room was clean, the staff were attentive and very friendly; everything was wonderful, thank you very much. I was very satisfied and would definitely choose Red Mon Hotel again if I come back. I did not dislike anything; everything was great.
