I had the most relaxing time there. The first night felt like home, and the staff were very friendly. The food was excellent, and they even tried unfamiliar cocktails. I also enjoyed a spa treatment done privately in my room. I do wish there were toilet and soap holders, daily tea/coffee refills, and mosquito spray or coils.

The rooms were big and comfortable. Our rate included breakfast, but we couldn’t eat because the chef arrived at 7 am and we had to leave at 6 am, so no breakfast was prepared for us. I was traveling with my parents, and they had to eat something in the morning.

From check‑in through stay to check‑out, the staff’s care and service were amazing—I give them a perfect 10. The Superior Room was super clean with a comfortable bed and quality linens. The room felt like one large open space with no privacy; the toilet, shower, and bathtub had no doors. Imagine sitting on the bedside sofa eating fruit while someone uses the toilet—it’s not right or healthy. As a boutique hotel, management could afford to provide a full TV bouquet. My next‑door neighbors talked loudly almost all night, ruining my sleep. I even went to the security kiosk around 4:30 am to complain, but nobody was there.
