The stay was pleasant: beautiful views, tasty restaurant in the afternoons/evenings, kitchen open all the time, relaxed and quiet atmosphere, close to Sarajevo airport, nice heated pool and spa. But hygiene could use a refresh; the shower edges, bathroom, toilet, etc. aren't top‑class, and the pool and spa aren't very tidy. Breakfast was also a bit underwhelming, with limited choices and not many fresh, healthy items.

The stay was a perfect ten: the staff were extremely friendly, the hotel was beautiful and clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. It felt like an oasis of peace. I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel sits in a great spot, rooms are roomy, beds are clean and comfy, and the staff are very polite. Sound insulation works well and the place feels warm. I didn't find anything I outright disliked, just felt it fell short of a true 5‑star experience. The food was decent and varied but not remarkable. Rooms and bathrooms were tidy, though tile joints needed a good scrub and a few wall stains were visible. A shower knob kept falling off, the couch looked a few years old, and breakfast was lovely but basic; pastries were soggy and scarce, often missing tongs or serving spoons, and the cleanup lagged. Local cheeses were scarce. The wooden facade looked nice but wasn’t well maintained, and the woodland trail could use upkeep. None of these issues ruined my stay, but if this were a 3‑4 star hotel I’d give it 10 stars; as a 5‑star, the details matter.

The room was cute and had everything it needed. The reception and dining staff were lovely and helpful. The spa pool, however, was cold.

Nothing good. The stay was one of the worst I've had, and the service was far below what a 5‑star hotel should offer. We were delayed in receiving our room, and when we entered it wasn’t set up as expected. Cleanliness was terrible; housekeeping barely made the bed, and when the room actually needed cleaning it was just arranged as it was. Even basic supplies like water and tissues weren’t consistently available, and asking for them felt like requesting a special favor. Some staff were downright unfriendly and unacceptable, with a worker who seemed annoyed and irritated, sending a clear message that they were unhappy with us. Requests were poorly handled. Reception was almost impossible to reach; calls went unanswered or the line stayed busy, as if guests were isolated with no point of contact. Food was subpar in quality and overall experience. I chose this hotel specifically for its 5‑star rating, expecting service worthy of that class, but the experience was shocking and disappointing from start to finish. Instead of a comfortable trip, the stay became a constant source of irritation, and I felt the treatment was offensive and unacceptable. I will not repeat this experience and don’t think it deserves any part of a five‑star rating.
