“não fico mais no local”
There was nothing good. The room had air conditioning that didn’t cool, a simple bathroom, and the bed was very high with dark sheets in a very hot place.

The spot is great and easy to find, and the staff were super helpful—when I couldn't add a mattress through the app I called and the owner fixed it right away. Wellington greeted us and even kept an eye on our dog while we went out, and breakfast was nice with local cookies and a friendly Mrs. Nilza who handled all our requests. The room was roomy with comfy beds, though there was no TV or minibar, which was fine for a one‑night stay.

The room itself is the highlight—comfortable and well‑situated—but the breakfast left a lot to be desired.

I spent ten days in the Gerais mountains and this place turned out to be the worst value I've seen. For R$340 you could find a much better hotel in the area, but Natividade has fewer options so they inflate prices for subpar service. The reception was awful, the room was barebones with exposed wires, the shower barely worked, and the breakfast was almost nonexistent if you arrived late.

The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable, but the place was missing some basics—no functioning shower, no TV, no minibar.
