Being close to Passage du Gois is the top advantage. It’s also a central point for visiting the beaches of Monts de La Barre in Saint Jean and up to Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, the salt marshes and Noirmoutier Island, or the port of Fromentine to take the ferry to Île d’Yeu.
A great spot for a peaceful break, with cool Dutch hosts and a well‑arranged space.

The whole gîte was fantastic; the owners were very kind and welcoming and available. The only issue for sleeping was that the pillow didn’t suit me.
The hosts were welcoming, the place was spotless and quiet—everything was perfect.

The owners gave a warm welcome. The Gîte La Marée was spacious and extremely well equipped, with everything and even more. Breakfast could be left in front of your door each morning, which is a real bonus. It’s in a beautiful spot near the Gois crossing and Noirmoutier. The hosts were discreet and attentive to our well‑being. Highly recommend without hesitation.
