I booked two nights for a training trip to Verbier and the staff spoke English. The hotel felt cozy and met our expectations, especially since the room we received had a kitchen. Parking was limited, and because of a Spartan event Verbier was crowded; my husband was surprised we had to pay, even though the website listed free parking. The staff suggested we move our camping van elsewhere the next day to avoid the fee.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful, and the room cute; the spa and shower were usable after the Spartan race even though I had already checked out, and the service tried to help however they could. I didn't give a 10/10 mainly because there was no evening restaurant—only breakfast—so that was a bit disappointing, but overall it was great.
